Senior associate-level role within a nationally recognised real estate development team advising on site set-up for residential new-build projects, including freehold and leasehold schemes. You will handle infrastructure agreements, consortium and mixed-use site transactions, and assist across differing management structures.

The role involves working closely with housebuilder clients and internal specialists (planning, construction, tax) to progress matters efficiently, attending site visits and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice throughout the development lifecycle. The post offers significant responsibility and autonomy with day-to-day case management and client-facing contact.

Practical site set-up experience on residential development matters (infrastructure agreements, plot sales or similar)
Experience with residential property transactions (conveyancing, freehold/leasehold structures) and good commercial judgement
Strong organisation and caseload management skills; attention to detail
Excellent client-facing and written communication skills; comfortable attending site visits
Team player who can mentor junior staff, works well under pressure and has good IT skills
