Join a leading international firm’s well-regarded Real Estate team in Guildford as a Senior Associate. The team advises developers, investors, funders and occupiers across development-led and investment transactions, landlord & tenant matters, planning and site assembly.

The role is transaction-focused and offers responsibility for high-value development and investment matters, working alongside planning, finance, tax and construction specialists. There is scope to lead deals, supervise junior lawyers and contribute to business development.

Qualified solicitor with 4–8 years’ post-qualification experience in real estate.
Substantial development and investment transaction experience; comfortable with complex documentation (Agreements for Lease, development agreements, sale/purchase contracts).
Familiarity with real estate finance, planning law and landlord & tenant issues.
Strong drafting, client-handling and project management skills; able to run matters with minimal supervision.
Team player with mentoring experience and commercial, solutions-focused approach.
