An opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading Real Estate group in Milan as a lawyer or senior lawyer within its Real Estate Investment team. The role involves managing and advising national and international investors and developers across all aspects of real estate law.

You will work closely with colleagues from funds, finance and tax teams, assisting clients in identifying and implementing the most suitable structure for real estate investments. The team delivers a 360-degree advisory service on all aspects of real estate investments.

The work covers core real estate services including acquisitions, developments, disposals, and lease, construction and property management mandates, as well as advising corporate clients and investment companies on the purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate.

Excellent academic record and admission to the Italian Bar
Around 4–5 years' PQE with solid real estate experience
Basic understanding of corporate matters
Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English; additional foreign languages an asset
Service-minded, organized and able to meet deadlines, with a proactive "can do" attitude
Comfortable in a changing environment requiring daily learning
