We are seeking a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Property Disputes team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The team is experiencing significant growth and offers the opportunity to work with a strong client base while operating within a collaborative, collegiate and supportive environment.

The practice advises on all aspects of landlord and tenant and real property law, handling matters at all levels of the court system as well as before tribunals and arbitration panels. Clients include major institutional landlords, household-name tenant occupiers, international commercial developers, PLC residential developers, renewable energy investors and student accommodation providers. The team also provides risk mitigation and management advice in the context of potential disputes and property-related regulation.

This role will focus primarily on rights to light and complex neighbourly issues, supporting the leadership of the London team. The successful candidate will work on market-leading cases for a premier client base and will have early responsibility and direct client exposure.

The position spans multiple offices and is a chance to build relationships with clients in a growing, high-performing practice.

Experience working within a recognised and respected property litigation team, with exposure to a varied caseload.
Experience of property development matters, including rights to light.
Strong drafting skills.
Enthusiasm for understanding clients' sectors as well as the relevant law.
Keen interest in how law firms use AI.
Senior Associate level; candidates with more or less experience will be considered.
