A full-service, Am Law 100 firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Westchester, NY office. This is a hybrid role focused on defending condominium and cooperative boards in complex property-damage and governance disputes.

The position involves inter-building damage disputes as well as allegations of breaches of building governance and fiduciary duty. The associate will handle all phases of litigation, from drafting and reviewing pleadings through legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy.

One (1) to seven (7) years of litigation experience, ideally defending condo and coop boards or in comparable property-damage and governance disputes
Ability to manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, legal research, motion practice, and oral advocacy
Superior writing skills and strong analytical and research abilities
Excellent communication skills
Admission to the New York Bar is required
