A premier New York law firm seeks a senior-level Real Estate associate to join its dynamic practice. This role offers a sophisticated platform for handling complex real estate transactions for a diverse client base, including financial institutions, investors, and developers.

The successful candidate will advise clients on a full spectrum of real estate matters, with a particular emphasis on real estate finance. The practice regularly represents both borrowers and lenders in debt financing transactions, as well as handling acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures. Experience in either debt or equity aspects of real estate is highly valued.

Class year 2018 or senior-level experience in real estate law
Demonstrated expertise in real estate finance, including representing borrowers and lenders

Previous experience at a peer firm preferred
