Class of 2020–2022 real estate associate
Primary focus on real estate finance, acquisitions and joint ventures
Experience conducting and managing all phases of real property diligence, including title review
Experience negotiating and facilitating post-closing deliverables
Drafting and preparation of purchase agreements, security instruments, leases and ancillary agreements
Strong academic credentials and a desire to work across practice groups
Relevant prior experience required
