Energy and Infrastructure Associate — Richmond

A full-time, partnership-track associate position is available on a dedicated Energy and Infrastructure team. The role focuses on project finance, public finance, and real estate development transactions, and offers the opportunity to work independently with clients and colleagues on active matters.

The successful candidate will handle transactional work across energy and infrastructure projects, collaborating closely with a collegial team while demonstrating initiative and leadership potential.

Virginia bar membership is preferred and is required within one year of joining.

• At least 1–3 years of experience in project finance, public finance, or real estate development transactions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated initiative and potential for leadership
• Judgment and confidence to work independently with clients and colleagues
