Energy & Infrastructure Finance Associate

We are seeking an attorney with 2–4 years of finance experience to join our Energy and Infrastructure team in a full-time, partnership-track associate role. The successful candidate will work on a range of project finance and energy transition matters, collaborating directly with clients and colleagues.

Candidates should demonstrate strong written and oral communication, initiative, leadership potential, and the judgment to work independently. Virginia bar admission is preferred and must be obtained within one year of joining.

• 2–4 years of finance experience, with exposure to energy and/or project finance preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
