A leading law firm seeks a partnership-track associate with three to five years of experience (class of 2021 through class of 2023) to join its Business Tax practice, focused on the tax aspects of renewable energy transactions.

The role centers on advising clients on renewable energy tax credits and related deals, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting tax equity transactions and tax credit transfers. The associate will work directly with clients and colleagues and is expected to demonstrate initiative and leadership potential.

Three to five years of relevant law firm experience (class of 2021–2023)
Experience with renewable energy tax credits and transactions strongly preferred
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with clients and colleagues
Demonstrated initiative and leadership potential
Admission to the bar of the jurisdiction of residence and practice
