Structured Finance & Securitization Associate — Richmond

Search for a transactional associate to join a nationally recognized structured finance and securitization practice in the Richmond office. The role involves working on sophisticated securitization and financing transactions as part of a client-focused team.

The team seeks candidates who demonstrate strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and initiative. The group offers collaborative fee-earner opportunities within a busy, business-oriented practice.

• 3-5 years of experience in securitization and/or structured finance transactions.
• Strong academic record, excellent analytical and writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on complex transactional matters and to take initiative.
• Virginia bar membership preferred; must obtain Virginia bar admission within one year of joining.
