The position offers exposure to cross-practice work with industry groups such as energy, financial services, real estate investment & finance, and retail/consumer products, and provides opportunities to work directly with senior deal teams on high‑profile transactions.

This opening is available in multiple U.S. offices; candidates may apply to the Washington, D.C. or Richmond offices. Admission to the jurisdiction applied to is preferred and required within one year of joining.

3–5 years of capital markets / securities experience (public offerings and Exchange Act matters)
Experience representing issuers and/or underwriters on public securities offerings
Strong academic record and excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with ability to work across practice groups and offices
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction preferred; required within one year of start
