Senior legal role within a large residential development unit advising housebuilders, niche developers and institutional landowners across England and Wales. The post focuses on large-scale land acquisition and disposals, collaboration agreements, funding arrangements, strategic options and urban regeneration projects.

You will join a market-leading land team that works on major residential schemes (including multi-thousand-home projects) and is supported by specialist Planning, Litigation and Construction colleagues. The role offers exposure to complex conditional contracts, options, development agreements and joint-venture/ collaboration arrangements.

Minimum 5 years PQE in residential development or land acquisition work
Proven experience advising housebuilders, developers or institutional landowners on large-scale acquisitions and disposals
Experience with development agreements, conditional contracts, options and collaboration/joint-venture arrangements
Track record of mentoring or supervising junior fee-earners and working within multi-disciplinary teams
