Senior Associate — Insurance (Commercial Disputes)

Senior-associate opportunity in a commercial disputes team with a strong insurance practice. The role focuses on insurance coverage and litigation for policyholders, with scope to maintain a broader commercial litigation caseload and to advise on non-contentious insurance matters.

The team handles complex UK coverage disputes, including litigation and arbitration, across a variety of classes (eg. cyber, D&O, E&O, property, energy and casualty). The post is permanent, full-time and open to candidates based in any of the firm's UK offices (London, Reading or Bristol).

• Qualified solicitor/advocate in the UK (or equivalent) with significant commercial litigation experience
• Proven experience advising on insurance coverage matters for policyholders and/or insurers, including UK coverage litigation and/or arbitration
• Familiarity with multiple insurance classes (eg. cyber, D&O, E&O, property, energy) and appetite to develop non‑contentious insurance advisory work
• Strong technical drafting, attention to detail and ability to give clear, practical advice to clients
