An established UK real estate team is hiring an experienced Conveyancing Executive / Residential Conveyancer to join their Plots team. The role is permanent and available in Bristol or Reading, working on new-build plot sales for major housebuilders.

The role covers end-to-end plot conveyancing including client-facing work on sales, purchaser schemes, site set-up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation. You will join a dedicated Plots team that handles high volumes and works closely with wider real estate colleagues.

Experience as a residential conveyancer or conveyancing executive, ideally with plots/new-build experience
Ability to manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision and to work to tight deadlines
Comfort working with high volumes while maintaining attention to detail
Strong client relationship and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient IT skills and experience using case-management systems
Commercial awareness and ability to apply legal developments to practice
