A hands-on, client-facing senior associate role within a market-leading housing and regeneration team. You will work on complex, high-value residential development and affordable housing matters, acting for registered providers, developers and funders across the UK.

The post-holder will take ownership of transactions from instruction to completion, lead day-to-day client relationships, manage multiple matters to tight timescales and supervise junior lawyers. The team has offices across Birmingham, Bristol and Manchester and a national real estate platform.

Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society registered) able to run transactions with minimal supervision
Strong experience in residential development and/or affordable housing transactions
Proven ability to act as lead contact for clients and manage multiple matters to tight deadlines
Experience supervising and developing junior fee-earners and contributing to business development
Commercial mindset with strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
