Join a busy residential real estate team as a Conveyancing Executive working on plot sales for housebuilders. The role is available on a permanent basis with options to be based in either Bristol or Reading.

You will work across the full lifecycle of plot conveyancing, including site set-up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation, handling transactions for large-volume residential developments.

Experience as a residential conveyancer, plots sales conveyancer or chartered legal executive
Proven ability to manage a personal caseload with minimal supervision
Comfort working to tight deadlines and handling high volumes while maintaining attention to detail
Strong client relationship and communication skills, both written and verbal
Competent IT skills and experience with case management systems
Commercial awareness of residential property and conveyancing developments
