Senior Associate opportunity within a national real estate team focused on future energy projects. The role is open to candidates based in Bristol, Belfast, Birmingham or Manchester and sits in a team that advises across renewable generation, battery storage, EV infrastructure and related land matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting option agreements and leases, conducting title and due-diligence reviews, and supporting project finance and large-scale acquisition/disposal matters in collaboration with corporate, banking, planning and regulatory colleagues. The role offers early client contact, file ownership and opportunities to develop a renewable-energy specialism.

The team is large and multi-jurisdictional across the UK, acting for developers, investors, public bodies and other stakeholders on high-volume and high-profile real estate and future-energy transactions. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3–7 years PQE in real estate
Experience or demonstrable interest in renewable energy transactions (wind, solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, hydro)
Proven ability to draft and negotiate leases, option agreements and carry out title/due-diligence searches
Comfort working with cross-discipline teams on financing and large-scale acquisitions/disposals; strong communication and organisational skills
Commercial awareness with some business development experience and the ability to mentor junior colleagues
