Planning Associate Director — Real Estate

Senior planning role in a national real estate team, open to candidates based in either the Bristol or London office. The team advises on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious planning matters across regeneration, residential and commercial development, infrastructure and energy transition projects.

This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded planning practice with exposure to high‑profile development and infrastructure work and to build your own sector-led client base. The role offers client-facing responsibility and collaboration with colleagues across real estate and environmental disciplines.

• Proven experience in planning law with both contentious and non-contentious work
• Experience advising clients in the built environment, infrastructure and energy sectors
• Demonstrable ability to develop and manage client relationships and a broad sector-led practice
• Willingness to work across the Bristol and London offices
