Solicitor — Abuse & Medical Negligence (Birmingham)

Join a nationally recognised abuse litigation team supporting survivors of physical, sexual and psychological abuse. The role involves managing a mixed caseload of sensitive and often historic claims against institutions and individuals, with a strong emphasis on client care and rehabilitation.

You will handle files from initial client contact through to resolution, working with support coordinators to ensure clients access therapy and other recovery services. Training and mentorship are provided to develop technical and advocacy skills.

• Solicitor newly qualified or up to 2 years’ PQE
• Interest in abuse litigation, personal injury and torts; prior abuse experience welcome but not essential
• Excellent client-care and communication skills; ability to manage sensitive matters with empathy
• Collaborative approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
