An established international law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its Commercial team in Manchester. The role sits within the Commercial, Regulatory & Data practice and focuses on advising clients on a broad range of commercial contracts across public and private sectors.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing and negotiating supply and services agreements, technology and IP contracts, public‑sector frameworks and bespoke terms; supporting contract due diligence for corporate transactions; and collaborating with national sector teams. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for business development and technical progression.

Qualified solicitor with experience advising on commercial contracts
