Join a national commercial real estate team with multiple UK offices. The role sits within a cross-office practice covering development, corporate occupier work and public-sector real estate, providing exposure to investment, lettings, acquisitions and strategic projects for developers, occupiers, funds and public bodies.

The post is open in Manchester, Newcastle or Bristol and will involve working on multi-disciplinary matters alongside colleagues in planning, construction, finance and corporate teams. The team is expanding following new panel appointments and client wins; you will receive structured supervision and opportunities to own transactions as skills develop.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years PQE in commercial real estate.
Practical experience of landlord & tenant work, commercial acquisitions and disposals, and transactional due diligence and reporting.
Strong technical legal skills with a commercial, pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while recognising scope of authority and when to escalate.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to client teams on significant transactions.
Track record in client care, relationship management and business development activities.
Excellent communication, organisational skills and comfort using case management/IT systems to handle multiple matters to tight deadlines.
