The role involves managing transactions from instruction to completion, acting as a key client contact, and working closely with planning, construction, corporate and banking colleagues to deliver integrated advice on complex matters. Senior associates will also take on supervisory and mentoring responsibilities.

Minimum 4 years PQE in transactional real estate.
Proven experience on development-led work (residential or commercial), acquisitions/disposals, investment or property finance transactions.

Ability to manage multiple matters, maintain high attention to detail and supervise junior lawyers (for senior level).
