Join a national, client-focused personal injury practice as a Solicitor/Associate specialising in medical/clinical negligence. The team handles a broad range of claimant work, including complex and high-value clinical negligence matters across specialties such as obstetrics, neonatal, anaesthetics, neurosurgery, cardiology, oncology and psychiatry.

The role involves managing your own caseload (including litigated matters), supporting senior colleagues on complex claims, and delivering compassionate, technically strong advice to vulnerable clients. Hybrid working and flexible arrangements are available subject to role and team needs.

Positions are open across multiple UK offices including Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff and Southampton; candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with national teams and local specialists.

Up to 6 years PQE in clinical/medical negligence (claimant side).
Proven experience managing a caseload, including litigated matters.
Ability to take client instructions and provide clear, empathetic legal advice.
Experience supporting senior lawyers on high-value or complex clinical negligence cases.
