A leading practice is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate to join its clinical negligence team across multiple UK offices. The role focuses on defending NHS Resolution, NHS trusts and healthcare insurers in clinical negligence claims and representing clients at inquests and other disputed forums.

This is a client-facing role offering exposure to complex, high‑profile healthcare matters, close collaboration with experienced practitioners, and clear career progression within a national team that regularly handles high-stakes medical malpractice work.

NQ–10 years' PQE (applications considered across this range)
UK-qualified solicitor or CILEX with relevant clinical negligence / medical malpractice experience
Experience handling NHS Resolution claims and attendance at inquests
Familiarity with insurance/coverage issues; demonstrable client contact and business development activity
