Join a national Complex Property team within a market-leading insurance practice. The team acts for insurer clients on high-value, technically complex property loss matters and is recruiting permanent and 12-month fixed-term colleagues nationwide.

Work covers subrogated recovery claims, defendant public liability property damage and policy coverage work — advising on and litigating disputes arising from fires, floods, storms, escapes of water/oil, explosions and similar property damage scenarios.

Qualified solicitor, CILEX lawyer or barrister with relevant property insurance experience (entry-level to junior accepted; min ~6 months’ exposure)
Strong technical legal analysis and dispute-handling skills in property/insurance matters
Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet insurer client requirements
Good client-facing skills within a supervised team structure
Commercial awareness, file financial management and team-oriented approach
