Seeking a Solicitor to join a healthcare-focused litigation team handling defendant-side clinical negligence work, primarily acting for insurers on matters in the Republic of Ireland. The role is hybrid with flexibility on office attendance and will involve collaboration across the healthcare team.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload from inception to resolution, provide strategic advice, draft core litigation documents, instruct and liaise with medical experts, and represent clients at hearings and mediations where required.

1–3 years PQE in clinical negligence (strong candidates with relevant training/experience considered).
Qualified in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland (dual qualification desirable) or willing to pursue dual qualification.
Proven experience on defendant-side clinical negligence matters and handling complex cases.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills; able to manage a high-volume caseload.
Comfortable working in a hybrid model and able to travel to Belfast or Dublin as needed.
