Solicitor, Commercial Litigation & Disputes

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Solicitor to join our award-winning, top-tier Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne. You will work closely with leading partners and lawyers across the local, national, and global firm, supporting a diverse range of clients on general commercial litigation, including contentious regulatory matters (investigations and disputes), commercial and corporate disputes, internal investigations, inquiries, class actions, and other complex and strategic disputes.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrable experience in delivering technical advice on commercial litigation matters, gained in a leading top-tier, national, international private practice, or in-house environment.
• At least 2 years’ post-admission experience.
• An excellent academic record, strong legal skills, and a practical mindset.
• A proactive approach and the desire to be an integral member of a leading, supportive team.
• Ability to work to tight timeframes, collaboratively and at times autonomously.
• Excellent communication and collegiality, with a desire to learn, grow, and help maintain a market-leading practice.
• An innovative, continuous improvement mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.

• At least 2 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
