Join a highly regarded M&A team in Perth as a Solicitor (2–3 years' PQE). You will work on a broad range of domestic and cross‑border corporate transactions, including private and public M&A, corporate advisory, private capital and equity capital markets matters.

The role offers hands‑on supervision, significant transactional exposure and collaboration with corporate teams across Australia. You will work with clients across sectors such as energy & resources, agribusiness and technology and have scope to develop technical skills and commercial judgment.

2–3 years' post‑qualification experience in private practice corporate/M&A work
Demonstrable experience executing corporate transactions and drafting transaction and disclosure documents
Strong analytical, communication and legal research skills with commercial awareness
Client service focus and eagerness to build relationships and participate in business development
Ability to work effectively in teams and willingness to adopt technology and AI tools
