Solicitor — Court of Protection (Estate Planning)

Hybrid Solicitor role joining a national, client-focused practice specialising in Court of Protection work. The team handles deputyships and property & affairs matters for adults who lack capacity, across a varied caseload including personal injury and dementia-related matters.

The post offers autonomy on day-to-day case management, working across multiple files, with opportunities to support business development and contribute to a wider, multidisciplinary team. The role is based with hybrid working and candidates in the Manchester/Liverpool area are encouraged to apply.

• Qualified solicitor (Grade C preferred) with solid Court of Protection experience.
• Practical knowledge of Property & Affairs deputyship work and related litigation processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple caseloads with excellent attention to detail and client care.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, empathy, and professional integrity.
