Join a Digital Legal Delivery team supporting an international banking & finance practice. This client-facing, UK-remote role handles a range of finance transactions and managed-legal delivery projects, working closely with onshore finance teams and occasional cross-border matters.

Typical matters include transactional drafting and execution, security documentation, conditions precedent, and outsourcing projects (BAU finance documentation, NDAs and release letters). The role offers exposure to real estate finance, securitisation, leveraged finance and other specialist finance areas.

There is scope to develop relationships with clients and to work with and supervise junior team members. The role is full-time, remote within the UK with limited travel required.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales or Northern Ireland (candidates qualified in other common-law jurisdictions considered if willing to requalify)
1–3 years' PQE with at least ~6 months' experience in Banking & Finance transactional work
Experience drafting and negotiating finance and security documents; familiarity with securitisation, leveraged finance or real estate finance preferred
Comfortable working in a managed legal delivery environment, client-facing and supervising junior staff; strong drafting, attention to detail and commercial awareness
