Solicitor (Major Injury & Casualty Claims) Belfast

Join a busy Major Injury & Casualty claims team in Belfast handling litigated employer / public liability, disease, and serious personal injury matters. The role involves managing a varied caseload from inception to resolution, working with experts, drafting court documents, and representing clients in hearings and negotiations.

This is a hybrid position with an expectation of regular attendance at the Belfast office. The team offers support for developing technical skills and handling higher-value or complex loss work.

• Qualified Solicitor with c.1 4 years PQE in litigation (EL/PL, casualty, disease or personal/serious injury preferred)
• Proven ability to manage a busy litigated caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience of drafting pleadings, witness statements and settlement documentation; court advocacy or conduct of hearings
• Strong analytical, negotiation and client-care skills; able to work effectively within a team
