Solicitor, Major Injury & Catastrophic Loss — Liverpool

Join a nationally recognised Major Injury & Casualty team handling complex, high-value catastrophic injury and large-loss claims for major insurer clients. The role sits within the firm's Liverpool office and offers exposure to a wide range of severe injury matters.

The successful candidate will assist senior lawyers on defendant and claimant files involving brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, brachial plexus injuries, severe psychiatric injury and chronic pain, with case values from around £100,000 to multi‑million pounds. Office attendance is required at least once per week.

• 1+ years PQE in litigation with experience in catastrophic/serious personal injury, EL/PL, motor or large-loss claims
• Familiarity with high-value defendant or claimant files and working as part of a team on complex matters
• Experience drafting pleadings, preparing reports, meeting court deadlines and instructing experts
• Strong written and oral communication, ability to prioritise workload and work commercially
