Join a national practice with a strong medical negligence and group actions capability. The team handles high-value, complex clinical negligence and product liability litigation, including claims arising from clinical care, defective devices and pharmaceuticals.

This role is open across multiple UK offices. You will manage your own caseload of individual medical negligence and group action claims, support larger multi-party litigation, and work with experts, counsel and external stakeholders to secure outcomes that support client rehabilitation and compensation.

3-5 years PQE in medical negligence or clinical negligence litigation
Experience or interest in group actions and product liability advantageous
Proven ability to manage a caseload and progress matters under supervision
Strong organisational skills, commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure
