Solicitor or CILEX — Motor Fraud (Liverpool)

Join a nationally recognised fraud team handling contested motor and casualty litigation for insurer clients. The role offers exposure to complex fraud cases, investigative work using intelligence tools, and opportunities for clear career progression within a collaborative, values-driven environment.

This is a hybrid role based in Liverpool with a minimum office attendance requirement of one day per week. You will manage a personal caseload, support senior fee earners on higher-value matters, and work closely with clients, courts and third parties to achieve excellent outcomes.

• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX practitioner with demonstrable experience on litigated motor or fraud matters (Fast Track experience preferred).
• Solid knowledge of UK civil litigation and court procedures.
• Strong drafting skills (pleadings, witness statements) and experience preparing trial bundles.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational and communication skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable using legal research tools, case management systems and intelligence databases to support investigations.
