Join a growing professional indemnity team within a global risks & financial lines practice in Dublin. This newly qualified role offers exposure to insurance defence and professional negligence work, including construction-related disputes, acting for insurers and insured professionals.

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a mix of pre-action and litigated matters: advising on liability and strategy, preparing pleadings and witness statements, managing discovery and instructing counsel and experts, and supporting mediation and court proceedings before the Irish courts.

Newly qualified solicitor or due to qualify shortly
Background in commercial litigation; exposure to professional negligence or insurance defence desirable
Construction litigation or UK litigation experience an advantage
Strong analytical and drafting skills, attention to detail and a collaborative approach
