Experienced insurance-disputes lawyer sought for a market-leading Dublin insurance, reinsurance and commercial practice focused on non-personal-injury matters. You will join a specialist non-casualty team advising global insurers, reinsurers and commercial clients on complex coverage, high-value disputes and regulatory issues.

Work will include advisory, litigation and arbitration matters across property damage, business interruption, professional indemnity, cyber/data incidents, aviation, construction, marine and energy sectors. The role involves client-facing responsibility, cross-border collaboration with other offices and opportunity to develop a specialist practice within a supportive, collaborative culture.

Hybrid working arrangements may be available and will be discussed at interview.

Minimum c.6 years PQE (guideline; candidates with differing experience levels will be considered)
Qualified solicitor in Ireland (E&W qualification or experience advantageous)
Proven experience advising on insurance coverage and defending non-personal-injury litigation and arbitration
Experience running defence litigation before the High Court, including Commercial Court matters
Skilled in drafting/reviewing policy wordings, regulatory compliance documents and advising on data protection/cyber issues
Comfortable handling cross-border matters and working with international insurer/reinsurer clients
