Apply in confidence →An established legal group is recruiting barristers to join an integrated, centrally-clerked advocacy team that supports both internal and external clients. The team provides advisory, drafting and in-court advocacy across a broad civil litigation remit.
Work is flexible and location‑agnostic: candidates may work remotely or on a hybrid basis and applications are welcomed nationwide. Typical matters include personal injury, credit hire, clinical negligence, occupational disease, property litigation, inquests/regulatory work, fraud/casualty disputes and costs/ADR issues.
The role involves acting as counsel on civil litigation matters, delivering end-to-end client service, and contributing to a collegiate environment by supporting and mentoring other advocates.
- Qualified barrister with advocacy experience in civil litigation (personal injury or related specialties preferred).
- Proven ability to manage cases from advice through to advocacy, with strong drafting and advisory skills.
- Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a centrally-clerked team.
- Interest in training and developing junior colleagues and contributing to a team-focused practice.
