Apply in confidence →Join a national personal-injury practice to work on a varied serious-injury caseload, supporting adults and children who have sustained brain, spinal cord, amputation and other life-changing injuries. The role combines client-facing case management with contributions to rehabilitation planning and wider legal remedies.
You will manage your own files, assist on higher-value and complex matters, and work as part of a collaborative Serious Injury team. The role includes opportunities to train and mentor more junior colleagues and to contribute to the team’s business development activities.
- Qualified solicitor (NQ–2 years' PQE) with experience or demonstrable interest in serious personal injury work.
- Experience managing a caseload and supporting complex injury matters (brain, spinal, amputation or similar).
- Strong client-facing skills, empathy and ability to provide practical, sensitive advice to vulnerable clients and families.
- Commercial awareness and willingness to contribute to business development; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
