Seeking a non-partnership-track Bankruptcy Staff Attorney to join a busy creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation team in Orange County. The role is available full- or part-time and is structured to provide significant autonomy while remaining part of a collaborative practice.

This position is well suited to experienced bankruptcy litigators who want a flexible schedule and the option to work primarily remotely; candidates should be located in California to enable timely collaboration as needed. Work will focus on contested bankruptcy matters and creditors' rights litigation for financial and commercial creditors.

6–10+ years' bankruptcy and commercial litigation experience, with substantial creditors' rights work
Admission to and in good standing with the California Bar
Experience representing lenders, creditors, landlords, and other commercial parties in bankruptcy proceedings
Comfort working autonomously on complex matters and managing client-facing responsibilities
Willingness to work full- or part-time with flexible/remote arrangements; ability to provide resume, law school transcript, and references on request
