Associates will work on liability-management transactions, DIP and exit financings, and other distressed-debt and special-situations financings. Assignments involve representing financial creditors and other institutional investors on high-profile, top-of-capital-structure matters.

Law school class years 2019 123
Significant experience representing creditors or borrowers in liability-management transactions, DIP financings, bankruptcy exit financings and/or special-situations financings
Familiarity with Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings; distressed-debt and fund-side client experience (hedge funds, CLOs, private equity, institutional lenders) preferred
Strong drafting, analytical and transactional skills; ability to work in deal teams on complex finance matters
