- Mid-level to senior associate experience
- Solid experience in one or more of: mortgage/mezzanine debt (lender and/or borrower side), joint-venture equity work, acquisitions and dispositions, and/or development
- Strong transactional skills; candidates with non-real estate transactional backgrounds considered
