An established national real estate practice is seeking mid‑to‑senior level associates to join its Orange County office. The team handles a broad range of commercial real estate transactions across lending, joint‑venture equity and investment work.

Ideal candidates have transactional experience in one or more of the following: mortgage or mezzanine debt (lender or borrower side), joint‑venture structures, acquisitions and dispositions, or development matters. Candidates with strong transactional backgrounds outside of real estate will also be considered.
