Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Group in Orange County. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex real estate matters in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

Handling acquisitions and dispositions of real estate assets
Advising on real estate development projects
Structuring and negotiating joint ventures and private equity investments

The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage small-to-mid-sized matters or portions of large matters efficiently. Qualifications:

3-4 years of real estate experience, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, joint ventures, and private equity

Admission to, or eligibility for, the California Bar (or relevant jurisdiction)
