Staff Attorney, Business Restructuring & Reorganization — Washington

Seeking a Staff Attorney to join a national business restructuring and reorganization team. This is a firmwide, non-partner-track role supporting bankruptcy and restructuring representations across multiple offices.

Key duties include coordinating and preparing court retention disclosures, supporting Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings, assisting with distressed acquisitions, and contributing to practice-focused legal research and publications. The role requires strong writing, organization, and time-management skills and the ability to handle competing deadlines under pressure.

• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience in bankruptcy/restructuring matters
• Experience supporting Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed acquisitions (company-side focus preferred)
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills; experience producing practice publications a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time-sensitive filings and disclosures
• Member in good standing of the Ohio Bar
