Staff Attorney, Corporate — Hong Kong

Leading international corporate team in Hong Kong is seeking a staff attorney to support transactional work across the region. The role involves drafting and negotiating corporate documentation, conducting legal research, and supporting M&A and other corporate transactions.

Ideal candidates will be Hong Kong-qualified, have prior corporate experience at a reputable firm, and demonstrate strong legal drafting, research and interpersonal skills. This is a hands-on position for someone keen to develop their transactional practice in a top-tier international environment.

• LL.B. from a reputable Hong Kong or mainland China university
• Hong Kong qualified
• Native-level Mandarin and fluent English
• Prior corporate transactional experience, ideally gained at a reputable international or local firm
• Strong legal research, English drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively on live matters; strong organisational and time-management skills
