Experienced Lawyer — Hong Kong

Seeking experienced lawyers to join a busy Hong Kong legal team. The role involves advising on commercial matters, handling cross-border transactions and regulatory work, and supporting client relationships across multiple practice areas.

Candidates will join a collaborative, international practice that regularly works with regional and global clients. The position offers substantive matter responsibility and the opportunity to develop technical and client-facing skills.

• Qualified solicitor or barrister in Hong Kong or another common-law jurisdiction
• Several years' post-qualification experience in a major law firm or in-house team
• Experience on cross-border commercial transactions or contentious matters
• Strong drafting, communication and client-management skills
