Staff Attorney, eDiscovery — Litigation (Miami)

Leading law firm seeks an experienced eDiscovery Staff Attorney to join a national eDiscovery team in the firm's Miami office. The role will support litigation teams across offices by advising on eDiscovery strategy, discovery scoping, preservation and collection, and by managing document reviews and productions.

Successful candidates will be able to step into active matters immediately, coordinate with case teams and vendor partners, and help shape efficient discovery workflows. The position requires admission (or eligibility for admission) to the Florida bar and significant hands-on eDiscovery experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on eDiscovery experience, including document review management and fact development
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the Florida bar in good standing
• Proven experience advising on preservation, collection, discovery scoping and production processes
• Strong project-management skills and proficiency with common review platforms and litigation support tools
