Staff Attorney — Intellectual Property (Trademarks)

Seeking a trademark-focused Staff Attorney to support a national IP practice. This is a flexible U.S. offices role providing prosecution, enforcement and transactional support across domestic and foreign trademark matters.

Typical responsibilities include preparing and prosecuting trademark applications, coordinating with foreign counsel, drafting responses to office actions, handling enforcement and domain-name matters, and assisting with IP-related transactional due diligence and agreements.

• Minimum 5 years of trademark-specific experience
• Barred and in good standing in the state where practicing
• Experience preparing trademark applications, responses to office actions, oppositions/cancellations, and domain enforcement
• Familiarity with trademark search tools and docketing; TTAB discovery experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and experience using AI tools and USPTO AI platforms
