Global finance team seeking a mid‑to‑senior associate to support structured finance and securitization matters. The role focuses on asset‑backed and trade receivables financings, warehouse facilities, CLO and other related structured transactions, often with cross‑border or off‑balance‑sheet features.

Teams represent banks, funds and other financial institutions on lender‑side financings, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance structures and ABCP or balance‑sheet funding. Candidates may be considered for multiple U.S. offices; relevant transactional experience is more important than current location.

Admission to practice in the U.S.
Approximately 5+ years' experience in structured finance/securitization (trade receivables, supply‑chain finance, ABS, warehouse financing or CLO work).
Strong transactional drafting and deal execution experience; comfort with cross‑border and GAAP/IFRS funding structures.
Include a deal sheet highlighting relevant transactions.
