A national structured finance team is seeking an associate with 4–7 years of transactional or finance experience to join its New York or Los Angeles office. The role involves hands-on work on a range of securitizations and structured financings in a fast-paced, deal-driven practice.

Work will include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, supporting executions for RMBS, CMBS, ABS and CLO transactions (including repackagings and re-securitizations), and advising on related regulatory and market-structure issues. The team emphasizes collegiality, mentorship, and professional development.

Membership in the applicable state bar for the chosen office (New York or California) is required.

4–7 years of relevant law firm experience in transactional finance or structured finance.
Experience with securitizations and related products (RMBS, CMBS, ABS, CLOs) and transactional drafting/negotiation.
Strong deal-management, drafting, and client-service skills; able to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines.
Admission to the bar of the state where the attorney will be based (New York or California) and ability to satisfy office jurisdiction requirements.
